The Wolfsburg players did not press the ball higher up the pitch and were not involved in many loose ball duels there. They won half of the duels they attempted in the midfield.
It was a good point for Wolfsburg away from home, but Lille felt they deserved more as they created more chances. Wolfsburg failed to register a shot on target which is why they had such a low xG when compared to the xG of Lille.
