With barely 30 minutes on the clock, Poland’s Robert Lewandowski scored a goal, with an assist by Piotr Zielinski, and plugged one back for Poland.
With only six minutes left to play, Poland’s Robert Lewandowski equalised as he scored a goal, with an assist by Przemyslaw Frankowski.
The deciding goal came in the 90th minute, when Viktor Claesson scored a 3-2 for Sweden, with an assist by Dejan Kulusevski. This brought the final score to 3-2.
The result means that Sweden have secured the number one spot.
Sweden finish in first place and Poland in fourth in the qualifiers. Sweden secured their spot in the playoffs.
