With the Bundesliga finally underway again after an extended pre-season due to the fact that the global pandemic caused by Covid-19 prevented a lot of elite sport and ensured that in 2020 we had a 3-month break from all football, especially with the Euros having to be pushed back until next year too. However, football fans will be pleased to know that we are back and today we look at the goalscoring market and who’s going to get their hands on the golden boot at the end of the season in the Bundesliga.
Although this is a season-long bet, many football fans will be looking to alternative markets in the football world to gamble on this list of betting sites. These types of sites offering hundreds of different avenues in the football world to bet on and alongside their multiple promotional deals and sign up offers, it’s certainly worth checking out if you are a football punter.
Of course, when it comes to being a favourite to becoming top goalscorer in your league, then Robert Lewandowski is the definition of that as he is currently priced as low as 1/12 to get the golden boot again this year. Lewandowski is quite easily the best striker in the world and is certainly benefitted from the empathic football that Bayern have been playing in recent years – if you are having a bet, he’s the one to go with.

Next up on the list is Norwegian sensation Erling Braut Haaland who burst onto the scene a couple years ago and with his big move to Borussia Dortmund, he might now be in with a sniff for the golden boot. Priced at 10/1, he might be worth an outside bet as he has a bunch of star quality in behind him to supply the assists for him to keep banging them in the back of the net.
The next favourite according to the bookies is that of former Leicester City striker Andrej Kramaric – the Croatian failed to light up the Premier League when he joined the foxes back in 2015 but since his move to Hoffenheim he has scored 65 goals in 120 games which is an impressive record for a player who couldn’t get a game for Leicester in their title winning season. Although he is an outside bet, he is available at 16/1 and with that goalscoring record, he might be worth a gamble if you fancy it.
