Jesper Lindstrom, with a goal and an assist, was brilliant for Eintracht Frankfurt. He scored their opening goal after he dribbled from around the halfway point. His goal and assist proved important as Schalke was continuously knocking on the door.
Eintracht Frankfurt have moved into second place with the win over Schalke. Even though they weren’t at their fluent best, they managed to secure the three points. Schalke, meanwhile, failed to capitalise on the chances they got as they lost their 11th game this season. But they will be feeling good about their performance.
